tersOS respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send a deletion request

Email us at privacy@tersos.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Include your account details

In your email, include the email address associated with your tersOS account and the name of your organization/workspace (if applicable).

Verification

We will verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to your registered email address. Reply to confirm your deletion request.

Processing

Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Request Deletion

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Member profile data and preferences
  • Booking history and reservations
  • Messages and community posts
  • Check-in history and pass usage records
  • Payment method details (card information is handled by our payment processor)
  • Device pairing data (for tersOS Displays users)
  • App usage data and analytics associated with your account

Data Retention

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion for legal and business purposes:

Note: Anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytical purposes. This data is fully de-identified and cannot be linked back to your account.

tersOS Displays App Users

If you are using the tersOS Displays Android/TV application for digital signage, the following additional information applies:

  • Device pairing codes and identifiers will be invalidated immediately
  • Cached content and media on the device will need to be cleared by uninstalling the app
  • Display configurations and playlist assignments will be deleted
  • No personal user data is stored on the device itself
